Welcome to the Southworth Development Group. This course has great value to you and to your company. At your club, multiple activities abound. Be knowledgeable in all areas of hospitality including the dining room, banquet room and special events that make your clubs so inviting. You have chosen to enhance your career and greatly impact the guest’s dining experience. This course will give you detailed policies and procedures to use immediately.
Upon activation, you will have 365 days access to your course. Initially, you must take the lesson in order and gain a 90% completion on the quiz to move to the next lesson. You may take the quiz as many times as it takes to pass as there is no time limit. Once you have completed the course, you may return to any lesson for review.
