Wait Up! is a non profit organization that decreases the probability of recidivism by offering a job-training program within the hospitality industry. Wait Up! provides a career pathway for returning citizens. Employers then are able to interview pre-screened candidates from our program to fill available positions.

In this course students gain knowledge in policies, procedures and skills for catering and dining service in the Front of the House (FOH) interacting with guests and customers, and the Back of the House ( BOH) working behind the scenes to create successful celebrations of life, fond memories and a great dining experience for all.
